Everything is so sad...
Why, yes, I am in part avoiding going to certain kids of events so I don't have to run into a certain person. So what? One of my clients mentioned to me that he had observed T. when T. had been left with 3 kids last Sat, and my thoughts of him being out of town were dashed. Then on the way home that day I rode past him on a small street that is frequented by bicyclists from the scene that we are both in. Very quietly, he said , "Hi, (my name)," as I rode past, not looking at him, not ackowledging his first words to me in 8+ days.
No apology for not returning my 2 phone calls or my 2 emails. And no I will not keep calling him until he answers, even though last time I yelled at him for not calling or emailing me back, he said I should have kept trying. Till what, his housemates take out a restraining order on me? No.
